1.0Fue una estafa Reserve por este aplicativo y me cobraron otra tarifa .90 soles x noche cuando se reservo por 150 las dos noches En su página ingrese esa noche. Y estaba a 120 dos noches . Es un robo
− 1. Te cobran la tarifa que ellos desea. Que si reservas en soles ellos te facturan el dolares. 2. Sus habitaciones son sucias, el baño ni que decir. 3. Te dicen que hay cable y es mentira mo hay. Me cambiaron de cuarto con el cuento de que en ese cuarto solo llevaba Netflix. ( creen que uno es estu.) Obvio que no tenían ni Internet mucho menos cable. Pésimo hostal. Lo que ofrece no lo tiene y te sorprende con la tarifa 4. Lo peor que la srta se nego a darme le libro de reclamaciones. Y agarrar su escoba y se puso a barrer en mi delante, sin darme respuestas. Que su supervisor tebia el libro en su casa y nunca me lo dieron. Estos hoteles Uds no deben recomendar. Hacen daño. Aun más que ya llega el Papa. Espero Uds wue hice la reserva soliciten el reenvolso. Gracias CARMEN VILLEGAS Que pena no tengo las fotos del tv sin señal. Y de las paredes y ventanas un asco
