Very nice little Hotel
10.0I just wanted a bed for the night, but was surprised to find such a well run place. Considering the price it had everything I wanted, I was warmly welcomed, the hotel is direct by the promenade, it was sort of a marvel.

10.0Υπέροχο σημείο, στο κεντρο του Ξυλοκαστρου. Πεντακάθαρο, υπέροχη θέα, πολύ ωραιο στρώμα στο κρεβάτι. Και πάντα με χαμόγελο ο Παναγιώτης που εχει το ξενοδοχείο.

9.0Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal in diesem netten kleinen Hotel. Es liegt direkt an der Uferpromenade mit einem schönen Blick auf den Golf von Korinth. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, die Aussicht vom Balkon ist toll. Das angebotene Frühstück ist reichhaltig und gut.

1.0− Φτάσαμε νωρίτερα στο ξενοδοχείο και ο ιδιοκτήτης μας ζήτησε να περάσουμε μετά από 45 λεπτά γιατί δεν ήταν έτοιμο το δωμάτιο. Όταν ξαναπήγαμε στο χρόνο που μας ζήτησε, δεν βρήκαμε κανέναν στη reception. Αφού περιμείναμε 5-10 λεπτά, ρωτήσαμε μια καθαρίστρια στον επάνω όροφο, η οποία επικοινώνησε με τον ιδιοκτήτη και μας είπε ότι έρχεται σε 2 λεπτά. Έχοντας περάσει ακόμη 20 λεπτά, έρχεται ο ιδιοκτήτης με το ανήλικο παιδί του και μας υποδέχθηκε με ένα βαριεστημένο "Α! ήρθατε;", αντί να ζητήσει έστω και ένα τυπικό "συγγνώμη για την καθυστέρηση". Στην αναφορά μας ότι δεν ήταν σωστό που μας άφησε να περιμένουμε 30 λεπτά, ενώ ο ίδιος μας ζήτησε να ξαναέρθουμε, εξεμάνη και κινήθηκε απειλητικά εναντίον μας και εντέλει μας έδιωξε λέγοντας ότι "δεν θέλει κακούς ανθρώπους στο σπίτι του". Κι όλα αυτά μπροστά στο ανήλικο παιδί του που μόλις είχε φέρει μαζί του. Θα μπορούσε εξ΄ αρχής να μας πει ότι θα λείπει και να έρθουμε την τυπική ώρα του check-in. Θα μπορούσε επίσης να ενημερώσει την καθαρίστρια να μας οδηγήσει στο δωμάτιο μας και τα υπόλοιπα θα τα βρίσκαμε μετά. Θα μπορούσε να βρει άλλους τρόπους να μας εξυπηρετήσει, αφού αυτός είναι ο ρόλος του. Αντ' αυτού, προσπάθησε να ρίξει το φταίξιμο στην καθαρίστρια ότι δεν μας ενημέρωσε σωστά, μετά (όταν η καθαρίστρια είπε την αλήθεια ότι της είπε για 2 λεπτά) έριξε το φταίξιμο σε εμάς ότι χάρη μας κάνει αφού το check-in είναι πολύ αργότερα και στο τέλος έφτασε να ρωτά ειρωνικά ανθρώπους πολύ μεγαλύτερους σε ηλικία από τον ίδιο αν έχουν μεγαλώσει παιδιά, κάτι που ούτε η θέση του, ούτε η ηλικία του επιτρέπει. Προσπαθώντας να του εξηγήσουμε ότι μάλλον έχει ξεχάσει ότι είναι ξενοδόχος και απευθύνεται σε πελάτες-επισκέπτες, εκεί μας είπε ότι στο "σπίτι του κάνει κουμάντο εκείνος και όποιον θέλει βάζει μέσα". Πρώτη φορά έχουμε συναντήσει τέτοια αντιεπαγγελματική αντιμετώπιση! Θα πρότεινα ανεπιφύλακτα να αποφύγετε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο!
