− Είχε μόνο 1 κλιματιστικό στο σαλόνι, ενώ τα 3 δωμάτια δεν είχαν κλιματιστικά.

8.0W promieniu 50m trzy bary serwujące śniadania. Lokalizacja fantastyczna, blisko do metra i autobusu, do Segrada Familia 60min na piechotę. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia z której raczej nie korzystaliśmy, nowa pralka.
− Poprzedni wynajmujący trochę zniszczyli ten apartament i po naszym pobycie planowany był remont.

8.0Excellent accueil. Personnes attentionnées qui ont pris contact avec nous avant par message. Logement très bien situé à 700 mètres de la ligne du métro menant dans le centre de Barcelone, et à 100 mètres d'un centre commercial.
− L'apparemment aurait besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement (fils électriques apparaît dans la salle de bain, prise qui se détaché du mur dans le couloir, joins dévier moisis) et d'un ménage un plus poussé
