− Oben in meinem Zimmer also in der 2. Etage im Zimmer 518 war das WLAN sehr schlecht.

Ich habe schon viel von der Welt gesehen und war in etlichen Hotels. Das war mit Abstand das zweitschlechteste.

Das Hotel hat eine gute, zentrale Lage. Positiv sind der Fitnessraum und der Saunabereich. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich!

− Beschreibung und Fotos vermitteln ein anderes Bild. Es ist alles andere als sauber- im Bad sind die Wände im WC- Bereich verschmutzt, der WC-Deckel ist teilweise Gelb verfärbt, in der Dusche löste sich die Wand und schimmelte, die Dichtungen waren defekt, sodass man beim Duschen das Bad überflutet, die Minibar war sehr schmutzig. Das Frühstück wirkt auf den ersten Blick gut. Allerdings werden auch hier nur die Gefäße immer wieder aufgefüllt ohne die Reste zu entfernen, sodass die Gefäße, die teilweise jeder anfasst mit einer Fettschicht überzogen sind und die Lebensmittel (Milch, Säfte…) schon Ablagerungen gebildet hatten, die nicht sein dürften. Leider gibt es beim Müsli auch fast nur stark gezuckerte Industrieware und beim Gebäck hauptsächlich Weizen. Die WCs im Bereich des Frühstücksraums sind eine Zumutung und werden definitiv nicht regelmäßig gereinigt- so etwas widerliches sieht man sonst nur in fragwürdigen Kneipen. Für die Art der Verunreinigungen braucht es Wochen und Diarrhö. Hinzu kommt, dass es extrem hellhörig war: Man konnte in unserem Zimmer genau hören, wo sich jemand in dem Bereich über uns bewegte. Die Fenster gingen zum Hof, was grundsätzlich schön ist; nicht aber wenn das Personal dort schon früh morgens recht laut ist. Angeblich gibt es kostenfreien Kaffee- die Kanne war aber immer leer und Becher gab es auch keine. Der Hof war schmutzig und voller Zigarettenkippen.

Lage sehr gut, Frühstück sehr lecker und auch für Langschläfer bis 11.30 Uhr möglich. Unbedingt Halbpension dazu buchen. Hervorragend!
