− It’s weird checking in and out of a hotel without any human interaction. Especially in a small town like Jacksonville where hospitality is key to the culture

Over all the Inn was very nice. Loved that it was quite

− The coffee maker was dirty it still had a coffee pod in it. I felt the room was very small for 2 people. Also on Sunday morning 8Am my husband got locked out of the building when he went to get coffee when he returned the key pad said it had expired! Thank goodness I was still in the room.
I will never stay here again
4.0no food available for breakfast, I had to walk 3 blocks to a coffee shop
− no one told me there were 3 flights of stairs to my room. The room had no closet and was facing a VERY noisy street
Such a sweet, little town with delicious coffee, restaurants, shops, and an adorable historic hotel.

− We could hear everything in our room…bring ear plugs.
Very nice accommodations with a couple of caveats
8.0Well renovated room. Very clean. Would like to see the carpet replaced with wood or quality vinyl flooring.
− Carpet in bedroom area. No closet. Outside stairs that were quite steep.
