Great location. Staff went above and beyond for us, nothing was a hassle. Yanti is amazing! We had dinner prepared for us in the villa and it was fantastic. The bigger villa wasn’t being used during our stay so they opened it up for us to use the bigger pool. That was great even though our pool was perfect. Highly recommend this property

Disappointing - outdoor "en-suite", creatures within Villa, dated, poor location

The staff were pleasant.

− I would not stay here again for many reasons including an exposed and outdoor "en-suite", creatures in our villa, dated decor and an unsafe location. When I book anything I check reviews thoroughly. It's unclear to me why the reviews for this location are so high and my experience was quite the opposite. Very disappointing. For the 2 bedroom villa, "en-suite" was outside and fully exposed from the bedroom. This means if you want to use the bathroom you will be OUTSIDE and you must lock the ROOM door. Not practical given the bedroom has enough beds to sleep 3 people, at least. The last day we had a mess on the floor and table. We saw a creature that resembled a cat, but wasn't a cat. Upon reaching out to the property we were told it was likely a cat. Later on we were told it was due to "fruit" bats (?). Cats, bats or a cat-in-a-hat. Not something I wanted to be dealing with on vacation. The pictures make the villa look really sleek. It is old. The pool water is cold. Again, not what I was expecting. Finally, getting to and from this location requires walking through alleys. At night, they are not lit. It is quite unsafe to get in and out of given the dark, tight alleys and constant motorbike traffic. If I were to visit Seminyak again, I would easily pay 2x or 3x what I paid here to stay on the beach. I visited the beach and saw the hotels there. A much better option.

The position was great. Although it is a small dark street to get to it. The staff were exceptional and so friendly. They keep the place spotless. The property itself was beautiful and made our trip perfect!
