A very nice place to spend time with friends

A beautiful location overlooking the Tuscan hills, the sea, and the island of Montecristo in the background. The house is well-maintained and interesting for the items it contains.

− It's a bit far from the towns and the road to get to the house is a bit bumpy.

Fantastisk beliggenhet - men dårlig vedlikeholdt.

Fantastisk beliggenhet. Fire gode bad og god størrelse på soverommene. Stort svømmebasseng med rent og klart vann. Herlig plass ved bassenget under en pergola. (Bordet så ganske nytt ut, men måtte skrus sammen da det vinglet i alle retninger. )

− Helhetsinntrykket blir ødelagt av den elendige platten utvendig. Her spriker bordene i alle retninger og var helt vridde. Lett å snuble i plankene når du går fram og tilbake. Burde vært skiftet for lenge siden. Tre gamle solsenger som også burde vært skiftet, og noen gamle hjemmesnekret solsenger med råttent materiale. Fikk beskjed om at de var fire sykler tilgjengelig, så vi tok med noe sykkelklær, men de var ubrukelige... Er egentlig fire parasoller der, men kun to stod der. De var halvveis knekte. Varslet huseier som kom med to nye, noe som burde vært på plass før vi kom. Mange flotte keramikkpotter rundt huset, men halvparten var ødelagte og ikke vannet. Det står åtte flotte appelsin og sitrontrær ved inngangen som holdt på å visne. Vanningssystemet virket ikke, så vi vannet dem manuelt for å ta vare på dem. Flere av utestolene var knekt, og burde også vært skiftet. Var også en del søppel rundt bassenget som tydeligvis hadde ligget der ei stund. Ballonger, røyksneiper osv. Bassengområdet er egentlig fantastisk, men har hatt dårlig vedlikehold. I det store og hele så er vedlikeholdet utendørs dårlig. Hvis dette fortsetter vil ikke denne flotte plassen være verdt å leie.
