Quarto muito bom, limpeza boa, café bom! Nada a reclamar nesse quesito. Hotel muito bonito também!

− O estacionamento é bem estreito até chegar em uma vaga liberada, recepcionistas fazem o trabalho bom, porém queríamos passar so uma noite e funcionava somente com reservas que podíamos fazer através de um app na mesma hora, porém não houve interesse da recepção em nos avisar e rodamos uns 20minutos procurando outro hotel. E por um acaso passou na nossa cabeça em tentar reservar através de um app e conseguimos e retornamos. Foi ruim ficar procurando hospedagem e não achar, e talvez uma dica de fazer a reserva pelo app poderia ter evitado de ficarmos rodando em círculos.

O café da manha é bom e o atendimento também, sempre que solicitei atenderam as minha solicitações.

− O quarto tinha muito ruido do ar condicionado do quarto ao lado. Solicitei a troca de quarto e me relocaram para um quarto inferior ao que eu paguei, contudo no dia seguinte eu solicitei novamente e me relocaram para o quarto correspondente ao que paguei, porém, não houve devolução da diferença de quarto do primeiro dia. Não há comunicação do quarto com a recepção por meio telefônico, Não possui estacionamento e nem convênio com outros estacionamentos.
