Il monolocale è ampio e ha tutto il necessario, bagno comodo. In strada c'è posto per parcheggiare comodamente. Si trova a un quarto d'ora a piedi dal centro di Tropea.

Tout. Le quartier résidentiel avec parking gratuit ds la rue à l'écart du bruit et à 20 min du centre à pied. Nous y allions cependant en voiture car ca grimpe pour remonter de la plage par ex. 4 chambres ds une grande maison avec hall d'accueil et jardin entretenu avec salon et balancelle. Notre grande chambre au rdc avait un coin cuisine une sdb un bureau et un lit très confortable et large.portes sécurisées avec badge magnétique. A noter ménage, et lit faits chaque jour et poubelles vidées. Petit déj très copieux et varié servie par la femme d alessandro. Très réactifs. On a demandé 2 oreillers de plus. Ils ont été placés sur notre lit avant notre retour.je recommande les yeux fermés.

Un'oasi di pace e ospitalità: semplicemente perfetto!

La struttura è molto carina, con tutti i confort (personalmente ho optato per il monolocale, quindi anche con lavatrice e angolo cottura). Arredata con gusto e molto funzionale. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Parcheggio disponibile davanti alla struttura. La posizione è molto strategica sia per muoversi fuori da Tropea che per accedere al centro del paese. Si trova, infatti, a poche centinaia di metri dal centro che di sera è interdetto alla circolazione (zona a traffico limitato). Inoltre è difficilissimo trovare dei parcheggi liberi nel perimetro della città, di conseguenza il fatto che si possa raggiungere a piedi in 15 minuti è un grande vantaggio.

− Difficile dire cosa migliorare perché è tutto pressoché perfetto, al massimo potrei consigliare di estendere l'orario della colazione in anticipo, tipo dalle 7.30. Ma magari è solo una mia esigenza che altri non hanno.

A Tropea un angolo di tranquillità

La struttura si trova in una zona periferica rispetto al centro ed è un vantaggio considerata la folla di Tropea. È facile parcheggiare davanti al bed and breakfast. La camera è ampia e confortevole. Buona la colazione. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. In venti minuti si raggiunge a piedi il centro. Abbiamo preferito godere della tranquilla spiaggia La Grazia raggiungibile in auto in cinque minuti.

− In realtà è solo un consiglio : sarebbe meglio che anche quando non si è in stanza si potesse lasciare il condizionatore acceso , così da trovare refrigerio al rientro … e lo stesso vale per un frigo in cui riporre delle bottigliette d’acqua 😊
