− Condicionador de ar apenas na sala. Foi solicitado um depósito de € 100 horas antes do checkin, indo contra a política de cobranças do Booking.com. A acomodação informou que seria um depósito de segurança, o que é estranho, pois as acomodações no booking.com contam com o seguro da plataforma Booking.com. Sou cliente do Booking.com a mais de 15 anos e foi a primeira vez que passei por isso. Foi uma cobrança fora da plataforma booking.com. E apesar de pagar € 250 por dia, no final da estadia, a acomodação solicitou que eu retirasse os sacos de lixo para fora da acomodação. Somente novidades indesejadas.

10.0Ultra bem localizado. Limpo e funcional. Entrada autonoma e facil Quarto grande e confortavel. Depois de preencher os dados do check-in uma assistencia via whatsapp bem funcional onde encontramos lugar pra deixar nossas malas, entre outras informacoes bem preciosas.

Check-in starts at 3.00 pm and will be managed remotely by Venicevillas, which will provide all the information necessary to recover the keys. It is possible to enter independently at any time, with flexibility and without stress. Our assistance will be available until 10pm; thereafter, contact us only in cases of urgency.
No payment will be required upon arrival, however you will need to enter a credit or debit card in the online check-in form, preferably the same one used to pay for the booking. The sum of €100 will be pre-authorized for the security deposit. There will be no charge and the pre-authorization will be canceled 48 hours after departure, unless damage is detected. In this case, you will still be notified.
If you arrive after 10pm, we ask you to keep the noise to a minimum so as not to disturb the neighbors.
