8.0Das Personal im Hotel ist durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist unspektakulär, ruhig gelegen in Oberkochen, ohne große Highlights in der direkten Umgebung. Das Frühstück hat uns durchaus gut geschmeckt, keine gigantische Auswahl aber die Sachen, die es gibt, sind lecker. Viele Sachen am Vilotel sind innovativ, aber leider nicht jede Idee ist gut gelungen. Im Bezug auf die Klimaanlage war das Personal sehr bemüht und ich glaube, außerhalb von Hitzewellen geht das Ganze vermutlich auch.
− Die Klimaanlage kommt bei um die 30° spürbar an ihre Grenzen, das Zimmer ging kaum unter 24°, meist pendelte es zwischen 24 und 25° - das ist an der oberen Grenze des Erträglichen aber wärmer, als ich in einem klimatisierten Hotel erwarten würde. Auch Technikereinsätze haben leider wenig Abhilfe geschaffen. Die Klimaanlage ist besser als nichts, aber einer herkömmlichen Anlage dann doch unterlegen. Im Badezimmer geht mit dem Licht automatisch ein sehr lauter Ventilator an, völlig egal, wenn man alleine reist, als Familie aber zumindest ungünstig. Für den Hochsommer würde ich das Hotel nur empfehlen, wenn man nicht zu empfindlich gegenüber Wärme im Schlafzimmer ist.
