For the time we were there it was very nice. And the air conditioning was wonderful!
10.0Air Conditioning! There was a heat wave starting when we got there. The property was spacious, neat and clean.
− It was a little far out from the center of town but there’s that whole closer to center of town, more money or farther out more affordable.

9.0Die Wohnung verfügte über ausreichend Platz, war sauber und hatte eine gute Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

10.0Abbiamo trascorso dei giorni bellissimi a Casa Sveva. La casa è molto grande e confortevole, tutto funziona molto bene. La casa era molto pulita, il bagno e la cucina erano molto ben attrezzati e tutto funzionava alla perfezione. L’accesso ai mezzi pubblici è eccellente e molto comodo. Noi siamo arrivati in auto e abbiamo trovato molto facilmente un parcheggio gratuito dove lasciarla. Luigi è un anfitrione molto gentile, colto e disponibile.

8.0Appartement spacieux literie confortable. Proche du tram. Depuis L'appartement jusqu'au centre ville compter environ 40mn de marche. Nous étions 5 adultes et étions largement a l'aise dans L'appartement.
− Depuis la chambre côté rue beaucoup de bruit du au passage des véhicules qui roulent a vive allure ou klaxon en pleine nuit ce qui est tres dérangeant.

10.0The host was fantastic and gave us lots of information about Florence, interesting things to see and places to eat. The apartment was the perfect size for us with 4 children. The communication from the host was great and he met us at the apartment to hand over the keys and to explain everything to us, an absolutely seamless experience. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything you would need and is located in a nice location to be able to access the center of Florence. Highly recommended!
