6.0Localização perto da Universidade Estadual de Maringá onde participei de um Simpósio e relativamente proxima do centro. Bom cafe da manhã. Funcionários atenciosos, a maioria eficiente.
− O quarto tem o básico do basico: não tinha cabides suficientes, não tinha lâmpada na cabeceira, não tinha toalhas, não tinha piso no box de piso escorregadio,, não tinha secador de cabelo. Os pedidos foram atendidos, exceto o dos cabides. Fiquei quatro dias no hotel, me colocaram primeiramente em um quarto que dava para um telhado na altura da janela. Tive que pedir para me trocarem de quarto. No último dia de hospedagem não limparam o quarto. O elevador funciona, mas dá solavancos, por sorte o prédio é baixo.

7.0Localização excelente, próximo a mercado, padaria, lanches, farmácias, etc. Café da manhã muito bom, camas e roupas de cama confortáveis.
− Atendimento na recepção deixa a desejar (má vontade, sem muitas palavras, não indicou local do quarto ou elevador como se conhecêssemos o hotel.... não parece aquelas recepções de hotel que costumamos ver com pessoas sorridentes e receptivas rsrsrs). No quarto, o ar condicionado não estava funcionando e o telefone estava mudo impossibilitando falar com a recepção - fui pessoalmente à recepção e logo fui atendida pela manutenção que resolveu o problema do ar (o telefone não funcionou durante a estadia). Não tinha toalhas no quarto e, como estava sem telefone, tive que descer novamente à recepção pra buscar toalhas.

− Quarto sujo, inclusive com roupas íntimas de hospedes anteriores no banheiro. Parece que não foi limpo antes do checkin. Andar baixo, de esquina com muito barulho, e blackout insuficientes. Não há vagas suficientes para todos os veículos hospedados; quem chegar mais tarde não terá onde parar...
