9.0Hotel com quartos estilo japonês (futons), muito grandes. Localização muito boa e silenciosa. Próximo a locais bons para ver o Fuji san.
− Acho que a limpeza poderia ser um pouco melhor e o atendimento da recepção poderia ser um pouco mais simpático e cordial.

10.0Gemütliche Unterkunft, super nettes hilfsbereites Personal. Einrichtung ist zwar schon etwas älter aber alles sehr gepflegt. Das Highlight war das schöne Onsen und das tolle individuelle Frühstück. Es wurde für jeden Gast frisch angerichtet und war sehr reichlich. Wir hatten auch ein Abendessen im Hotel und haben es sehr genossen.
− Es liegt etwas abseits vom See. Der See wirkt nicht so touristisch. Es ist in der Umgebung alles schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
