9.0Service Personal im Restaurant und an der Bar war super. Der Wellnessbereich und die Sonnenterrasse sind sehr schön.
− Geräusche von Küchenabluft und wahrscheinlich der Kühlung leider Abends/Nachts im Zimmer wahrnehmbar. Keine wirklich große Größen bei den Bademäntelen verfügbar und nicht schlimm aber die Teeauswahl beim Frühstück hätte mehr Schwarztees (Assam, English Breakfast, o.ä.) enthalten können und dafür vielleicht weniger Kräutertees etc. ;)
Highly overpriced hotel with staff who yell at their guests
4.0The location was good abd in walking distance to a park and one attraction. The hotel has one (slightly) heated pool (not two as it looked like) and the breakfast was ok.
− Very overpriced and not worth the value! We got charged a high surprise charge (15€/ day) for the parking of our car. Staff (especially at reception) is unfriendly and untrained. The receptionist even yelled at us in front of our young child when we asked about the parking fee they forgot to inform about. Then she snappily told me I could write it in our review… We had mold in our bathroom and our room was located on the ground floor just outside the pool, so it was loud until 22:00 which made it hard to get our kid to sleep. We also had no privacy because other guests stared into our room and the space outside our room, which was supposed to be a terrace, was used as an extra parking for other guests. The sleeping couch is divided into two parts and super hard, so very uncomfortable to sleep on.
