10.0Location was very close to Trevi fountain, Pantheon, and Spainish Steps. Loved how many restaurants and cafes were by to ne able to grab quick bites prior or after excursions.

− Stanza sporchissima, non capisco come sia possibile affittare una Camaro così sporca. C’erano cumuli di polvere in più punti della stanza, nel frigo un panino ammuffito lasciato da ospiti precedenti e nel bagno mancava sia il sapone per le mani che lo shampoo. Pulizia e servizio decisamente da rivedere.

− Su mala gestión. Nunca llegamos a entrar a la habitación, nos fueron retrasando la entrada y al final decidimos cambiar de hotel. Llegamos a las 11am y nos dijeron que por problemas hasta las 15h no nos la podían entregar, a las 14.30 les preguntamos y que hasta las 20h nada…una vergüenza de gestión. Si desde el principio nos avisan de que no nos pueden alojar, nos buscamos otra cosa. Falta de información. Le doy un uno porque no tengo la opción de darle un 0.
