Fantastic location, responsive hosts.
9.0You can feel like you’re at home away from home. The villa is has a beautiful garden; It is located in what I feel is the best part of Tivat, just seconds from the beach. The hosts were lovely and very responsive.
− The room I rented was small, but that’s indicated in the listing.

9.0Locația, curtea și faptul că pe lângă chicineta, mai era încă o bucătărie de vară suplimentară în curte și nu era neapărat nevoie să folosești aerul condiționat, cel puțin în camera 3, de la parter.
− Faptul că nu avea plasă țânțari la nici un geam& au intrat țânțarii care au înțepat-o pe fiica mea și Faptul că ni exista o veioza sau lampă de veghe lângă pat. În rest, foarte bine, cu mențiunea că nu ni s-a precizat despre costurile suplimentare la diferite servicii cum ar fi dusul gunoiului din cameră sau spălatul cu mașina de spălat, abia în penultima zi a pus pe masa din curte un afișaj cu prețuri pentru toate facilitățile ( extra, să zicem).

− Bij aanvang werden we niet netjes verwelkomt. Ik kwam binnen en de host had mij een bericht gestuurd dat ik al vooraf moest betalen om te mogen overnachten in de accommodatie. Dit heb ik gedaan. Eenmaal aangekomen, volgde er een aantal lange minuten een confrontatie dat ik nog een keer moest betalen, ook al had ik het het bewijs van betaling laten zien. We zaten buiten in een groepje met haar familieleden en deze begonnen samen te communiceren en te grinniken. Het voelde onveilig. Dit was voor mij een erg nare ervaring, vooral omdat ik bewijs had van betaling, dit niet werd geloofd door de host en het een paar mensen tegen 1 was. Het kan liggen aan de taalbarrière, maar als je zelf als host een bericht stuurt dat er vooraf betaald moet worden is het raar om dit niet administratief vast te leggen. Ze had tevens geregeerd op mijn bericht met een akkoord.
