10.0I had such a wonderful stay and couldn’t recommend it more highly. I booked the room that morning, and it was ready for me within an hour, which was incredibly convenient and much appreciated. Before I arrived, Nat sent me clear and easy-to-follow check-in instructions and let me know I could message her anytime if I needed any information, which made everything completely stress-free. From the moment I arrived, Alessia made me feel incredibly welcome. As a solo traveller, her warm hospitality immediately put me at ease. She greeted me with a refreshing drink and snacks, showed me to my room, and took the time to explain the local area and recommend places to visit, which I really appreciated. I stayed in the Basilico room, which was beautifully presented and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The private balcony was a lovely bonus and the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or relax in the evening. The property had lots of thoughtful touches, including complimentary snacks and local information in the lobby, a fridge in the room, complimentary toiletries, an excellent shower, and a powerful hairdryer. The bed was also incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The attention to detail and outstanding hospitality made this one of the best places I’ve stayed. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
− The only minor downside was that the room above was quite noisy, and I could hear people walking around during the night. Also, be prepared to walk up and down steps with your luggage too - but that’s any European city!
