El Cielito LIndo - Pretty Disappointing
2.0We had a 4 night stay and left after 1 night. This hotel, while providing a superb view of the entire city, is charming but lacks so many basics that most hotels in Mexico provide, e.g., decent towels, a bathroom mat (towel), hairdryer, security box, bedside lamp, hangers. Plus my shower, despite being just a thin trickle of water, somehow got the entire bathroom floor soaking wet. The restaurant was ok, but there was not a good bar, no bread, and uneven service.

2.0No pude hospedarme ahí hablé para confirmar mi reservación y resulta que no tenían mi reservación que disque porque ya no tenían convenio con la aplicación de Expedia así que si planeas reservar por ese medio NO LO HAGAS yo tuve que conseguir otro lugar
La propieda bonita, muy mal cuidada.
6.0Lastima que una propiedad tan bonita, no la mantengan al día en mantenimiento. Fue muy regular mi experiencia: - El hotel cambió la reserva original. Me informaron que solo trabajaban con efectivo y transferencia, y ya no trabajan con la plataforma (Hoteles.com) - La entrada por recepción solo se permite de 10pm a 7am. (En el día hay que entrar dos cuadras abajo, por el restaurante) - Maté dos cucarachas la 1a noche, informé a recepción y solo me pasaron un incepticida. - La ducha dañada - No hay extensión hacia recepción, hay que bajar hasta recpción para pedir o informar algún tema. - Colchon muy viejo, y cortinas transparentes Con una propiedad tan bonita y bien ubicada, si acualizan el mobiliario, hacen mantenimiento podría ser un muy buen hotel.

10.0Es un Hotel muy bonito y cómodo, la habitación estaba muy limpia y segura. La comida del restaurante económica y deliciosa . Definitivamente nos volveremos a hospedar ahí .
