4.0Le lit était de très mauvaise qualité et il n'y avait pas de linge de bain pour la douche. C'est lamentable quand le prix d'une nuit est de CHF 150.

8.0La personne à l accueil voulait me faire payer séjour une 2ème fois avant de vérifier sur son ordinateur que le prélèvement avait bien eut lieu n'était pas sire d'avoir un adaptateur pour mon chargeur de téléphone avant de finalement m'en trouver 1 Accueil pas tres"professionel" et peu de présence en réception Contrairement à ce que vous décrivez il n'y a aucun écran plat ni téléviseur dans la chambre..et ne m'a informé de la possibilité du Wi-Fi qu'au moment du départ. .bref il y a des progrès à faire sur l'accueil sinon l'environnement est sympa la literie confortable mais c'est le seul chalet non fleuri des hauderes je pense et c'est dommage!!
