5.0I really liked the location of it, as it’s easily accessible to public transportation and restaurants / bars.
− There are a few points to get into. 1. We lost the first night of our stay(paid in advance) due to their policy of only being available to check us in within 15-19PM. We had a flight and arrived 8, which led us trying to contact them without success. We have made the mistake to not be aware of their check in hours, and didn’t see their direct messages through the Booking app. They could easily sent us the instructions for the key so we didn’t need to waste all night to find another place to stay because of this, we lost the first night. 2. The door of the shower was broken (barely hanging on), and as a result having the door falling on me while showering(sliding glassy door) 3. The jacuzzi’s control panel was not functioning as it should, we had 4 functionalities, with just 1 working, which was disappointing as we paid especially for that feature of the room. 4. The water temperature was very unstable in the shower, as it was keep changing temperatures while having it on a specific setting, without touching.

3.0La stanza ha una buona posizione, molto vicina a Fontana di Trevi (1km e mezzo circa a piedi).
− Non funzionava l’aria condizionata e abbiamo dormito tutta la notte boccheggiando. C’era il termostato, ma non funzionava. Lo scarico del WC non scaricava e non scendeva acqua e la doccia, al nostro arrivo, presentava muffa. Le lenzuola non erano delle più pulite, infatti sul cuscino c’erano delle macchie arancioni.
