We did not stay at this hotel any nights!!! Phone number was not any good. Taxi took us to address and there was no hotel there. Had to find another hotel. Need a complete refund. Please request and communicate with tileoutlet2005@msn.com

One night in Guayaquil

A little difficult for the taxi to find and it took several minutes to have the door opened. Quiet and a great view of the city. They are still doing construction but I think once it is done service will be better as well as amenities. Our room was very nice, big fluffy towels, shower with hot water. TV available but not hooked up to service. Phone numbers available for the owner. Hopefully they will offer breakfast in the future since there is nothing close to it; although it is possible to bring your own stuff and use the kitchen, just ask in advance. It conveniently located within about a 10 min taxi ride to the US Consulate which is why we chose it as well as a good price.

Esta recién comenzando en ser “hotel”. La habitación cómoda y limpia. No funcionó el wifi, y tampoco el agua Caliente. Amables a la recepción y al uso de las instalaciones.
