A tired and neglected property in quite a nice spot
2.0The house is well designed and solidly built with quality fittings, nice floorplan and quite spacious. Kitchen is nice. The agent was helpful and very quick to get electrician when a faulty smoke alarm went fully off early in the morning. Also organized the full outside bins to be emptied.
− The whole place has an an air of sad neglect about it. The garden was overgrown with weed trees obliterating the view shown in the profile. The pool hadn't been cleaned for many weeks full of leaves and debris, skimmer box completely choked up. The water was murky. Floors inside and on balcony and stairs were dirty. Lounge and dining furniture were reject from someone's home and should have been thrown away years ago. Lounge suite was stained with a bad smell coming from it. The cushions on outside chairs all had many stains. BBQ should have been scrapped many years ago. Gutter has small trees growing in it, blocking it and so directing a strong stream on water onto the access stairs. The outside bins were full to the brim with maggots crawling out. All in all a place where no one cares and is just taking the money.
This property has a strict policy of not accepting bookings from school leavers, "Schoolies," or "Leavers" groups. As the property is located in a residential area and does not have the facilities or security to host school graduation celebrations. This property is strictly nonsmoking. If evidence of smoking is found in the rooms, a cleaning fee may apply.
