Here’s a polished version of your hotel review that improves flow, grammar, and clarity while keeping your original tone and points: Charming Boutique Feel & Great Value , Highly Recommend! As soon as we walked in, the hotel had a charming boutique feel. The staff was friendly and assisted us right away, no wait at all, which was a great start. Our room was on the 5th floor, conveniently located right outside the elevator. We had a comfortable king-size bed and a window overlooking the street, which added a cute touch and gave a nice Parisian vibe. For a last-minute booking under €215 per night (including parking!), FYI parking was not convenient as we had to go back around the block, do drop you bags off before you go Parker. this hotel was a fantastic find. The room was modern, clean, and just the right size for our quick one-night stay. Although we didn’t spend much time in the hotel, it had everything we needed. The area felt very safe and was surprisingly quiet, which made for a great night’s sleep. It’s only about 25 minutes from the Eiffel Tower, with other key attractions just 10–15 minutes beyond that, depending on traffic. Overall, we loved our stay and would absolutely return!

Great quiet location, staff excellent. BUT Room very small and hot, couldn't open window or lower temperature, so difficult to sleep. Bad smell in the shower in the bathroom.
