Loved the breakfast every morning and the entire staff from Silvam in reception to housekeeping, very attentive and courteous. The approach to the facility was dissappointing.

Generally satisfied. A few suggestions: Hotel should provide English and Hindi channels in TV for news and other programmes. Only Tamils now. Not even Malayalam news! Breakfast ok ok only. Could be improved. Dinner good. Communication with Reception and Room Service from Room was not possible due to non functional Intercom right from day one Was not repaired until we left on 12th. Hope suitable action will be taken. Thanks.
