− The walls are very thin. I could hear our neighbor making noise until 3:30 am. When I tried to contact the front desk to make a complaint, there was no option on the phone to reach them
Very nice and clean.

8.0The location was great for what I needed.
− I DID NOT LIKE THE FACT, THAT I HAD TO WAIT 12 ( TWELVE ) HOURS TO CHECK IN. When I stayed arrived in another state at 2:30 am, the desk told me I had too wait until 3:00 am, to check in, one hour. Your Hotel Manager made me wait 12 hours. I first arrived around 2:15 am, I was told I had too wait 12 hours to check in. I returned around 8:30, hoping to check in earlier than 2pm, I asked if I could check-in, again refused, asked if there was a restroom I could use, denied again. Went to a restaurant to use the bathroom. This is not the first time I have stayed in this Hotel, same room ,in 2024 I believe. Very unhappy about the twelve hour wait. I'm returning to Oroville, I don't think I will be returning the that establishment again. Sincerely Sharon Gorham

8.0I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. I was on a budget and selected this stay based on price, knowing it may not be in the best area, or a 5 star resort, but I was very surprised and impressed with the dedication these owners had for keeping everything neat as a pin. Beds were very comfortable, Room and bathrooms were very clean, nothing was in ill-repair. Healthy landscaping/plants, windows and walkways were spotless, even the parking lot was cleaned daily. Coming from a former hospitality career, I was not expecting this at a lower budget hotel, but the owner's obviously take a lot of pride in their property. I would definitely visit again.
− If they had a larger/better pool area, I would have spent more time at the property. There were no lounge chairs or umbrella's and the water was not heated. My biggest. maybe only criticism was that there appeared to be algae in the bottom, so it didn't look suitable for swimming. Perhaps I was there out of season?
