1.0The room esp the bathroom was filthy dirty! They did not even bother to clean it! Will not stay here again! Do not recommend!

− There is a notice that any damage or stains to the sheets or linen will be charged to you. The first room had damaged and stained sheets. The mattress was also tiny. Looked like a single on a double base. They offered to move us to a family room. The sheets on 3 of the 4 beds were stained and damaged. After seeing 2 rooms with dirty sheets which is all they had I cancelled the booking

− The quality of the room you get for the price is not worth it. Small cramped rooms, pool is mediocre, the restaurant food options were limited and bland. They did upgrade us after we complained though.
They have very simple rooms.I like the fresh air , natural ambiance , and the mayon volcano view.

− The hot shower didn’t work. There is no bidet and there is no toiletries and hairdryer.

6.0They let us change our room since there’s an available room that is more child friendly. The view of mayon is breathtaking
− There is no tv, no electric kettle, no ref, no hot shower in the room. Toiletries and complimentary coffee also not provided. Their restaurant opens at 7am so we had to eat outside because we need to leave early. Also, every grab drivers that we encounter keeps warning us to be careful and take care of our valuables during our stay since there were previous incidents of guests missing items on that property while checked in

− It’s a little bit further to the town. Wifi doesn’t work. Pool is outdated. Food from their restaurant is a bit expensive
