10.0It is made from shipping containers so is quite unique. It was easy to walk to the downtown area for restaurants and there was a convenience store nearby. It was a small room but the AC worked great! There was a shared area that had dishes, fridge and coffee maker if you wanted. The person working the desk was very friendly and helpful
