Nice apartment with great location

The location was the main reason for my choice

− Could do with some freshing up, you can not place a glass on the table in the living room, the plate of the tanle is ruined. The kitchen is also missing some key items. And the shower…

− El lavabo és molt petit (la pica) I fa molta calor perquè la calefacció no es pot apagar. No té microones.

The location was good. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped

− The place was not really clean when we got there. There were large dandelions growing at the front door (which we thought showed a little disrespect for their own property). There were two towels and a hand towel in the bathroom - we had to go searching in the shared laundry room for a bath mat and face cloths and hand towels. There was no manual to tell us anything about the unit or the city - not where to buy groceries or where to order dinner or even how to get hold of the landlord if we needed anything. No one came by to visit us or check if everything was okay. We had to communicate through the message app on the Booking.com site. The landlord answered us the first time (about parking) and that's the last time we heard from him. We blew a breaker the first morning by putting the kettle and the coffee maker on at the same time and had to rummage around the basement to find a breaker (in a language I don't understand). Tried to contact the landlord through the messaging on Booking.com and still haven't heard back (ten days later). There was no broom or cleaning supplies, no instructions on what to do with garbage or reycycling or how they wanted us to deal with everything when we left. Our last booking in France with Booking,com was the exact opposite so that was what we expected. This place was expensive (we rented six places while in Iceland and this one was the second most expensive per night and the lowest value for the money.

Petit appartement très fonctionnel, agréable bien situé pas très loin du centre avec tout le confort, télé avec Netflix ,et une buanderie très pratique Prix très correct ,

− La salle de bains est très abîmée avec des joints sales et peu efficaces au niveau de la douche Le plancher de la cuisine est très usé Les vitres auraient besoin d'être faites pour que tout soit très bien
