7.0Hotel room was clean and quiet. Perfectly adequate for a one night stay as we travelled thru the area.
− Breakfast buffet was adequate, but not good. Some of the staff didn't seem very friendly, but this was likely due to language barrier as other than the front desk staff, they didn't seem to speak much English.
Credit card fraud?
2.0The restaurant took almost 2 hours to bring our food and on top of this they double charged our credit card. The manager was very apologetic and assured us that the restaurant would cancel one of the transactions, but still after 5 days we have not received our money back.

10.0出張のため、12泊しました。セキュリティも良く、安心して過ごせました。スタッフも多く、いつも掃除を心がけ、キレイです。週末は、中央にプールがあり、家族連れも多いことから、音楽と話し声でかなり騒々しいです
