− La información publicada en Booking no coincide con la proporcionada por el hotel. Por ejemplo, el horario de check-out es antes de las 12:00 p. m., a diferencia de lo que se indica en la plataforma. Durante el check-in no brindan información importante, como el horario del desayuno ni la hora de entrega de la habitación. Tuve que preguntar a un miembro del personal de servicio hasta qué hora se servía el desayuno, y me informó que era hasta las 11:00 a. m. Sin embargo, cuando bajé a las 10:30 a. m., me indicaron que el servicio había terminado a las 10:00 a. m. Solicité un café a una joven del personal, ya que había una máquina en el área. Ella fue muy amable y me lo llevó. No obstante, después observé que su supervisor le llamó la atención por haber tenido ese gesto de cortesía con un huésped, lo cual me pareció desafortunado. Las instalaciones están en buenas condiciones, pero considero que la comunicación con los huéspedes debe ser mucho más clara, transparente y consistente para evitar este tipo de inconvenientes.
