De locatie was erg mooi, uitzicht op het wad. Woning is goed en mooi ingericht.

− De woning was comfortabel, echter, de slaapkamers en badkamers liggen in het souterrain en dat is even wennen en de trap is voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn lastig. In één van de badkamers is geen mogelijkheid om iets boven de wasbak te zetten en is erg lastig. De keramische kookplaat is traag en beter vervangen door inductie.
