Good location; good food and catering staff especially Victoria or Veronica;

− should work on room cleanliness eg stock up on shower gels etc not only on day one especially if you give the tiny bottle; also for a week stay I expected the sheets changed atleast;

We are regular visitors. Was one of our favourite spots but it has gone down so much since we were last there. No management. Service terrible.

− Dirty room. Dirty towels. Dirty dining room. Had to ask three different people to light the fire in the dining room. Very disappointed

− Management knowingly put us in a room which was undergoing construction eg. Lifting of tiles right in front of room door. After complaining, we were moved to a new room.
