Central location

− Misleading description, the apartment has not been recently renovated. In fact, some areas were grubby and in need of updating. The drier is not in the kitchen, it is in the garage down 4 sets of stairs. The rugs in the living room and main bedroom are worn, unsightly and looked dirty.

The central position, very large and comfortable main bedroom with king bed, air conditioning which we would use in warmer weather and washing machine

− Glass internal doors, street noise we’re not used to and cramped second bedroom with noisy machinery.
