− الموقع يبعد عن اقرب محطه باص لانكستر جيت 7 دقايق مشي مما زاد المشقه في الذهاب والعوده وايضا الشقه موجوده في البدروم ويوجد درج ضيق جدا في النزول مما زاد من صعوبه انزال وإخراج الشنط .

7.0I like the house. The location is very good. Near to all the transport facilities. The facilities in the house are all nice and work fine.
− But it is in the basement, and with heavy luggage, it is quite difficult. Someone help us to get it down, but to bring it up during checkout, we face the problem again. However, we have trouble controlling the heater, especially in the bathroom near the entrance.
Ok if you only need to spend 1 night and won’t be in the property much

− Just didn’t feel clean: sheets and towels all had stains on them, food between cushions of sofa, beard trimmings on bathroom sink, fridge soiled Lots of road noise Host showed up at 9:55, knocked on front door to see if we had checked out yet. Checkout was 11?
Overall our stay was great aside from the wifi issue and not having a tv in the main bedroom.
9.0The flat was spacious, clean and location was ideal for the places we wanted to go. We loved the size of the tv.

10.0Everything about this flat was perfect for us! Clean, and pristine and plenty of extra towels, blankets and pillows. Comfortable beds, we got the BEST sleep! Every type of plate, bowl, glasses, mugs, pots and pans available for whatever you might need. Washer and dryer that were easy to operate and efficient. Iron and board. Hair dryer, etc Nothing missing that you might need. Excellent location and friendly and helpful host. Safe area. Everything was wonderful! We will stay here again.
− Nothing that we can think of. We’re sad we had to leave. Best flat we’ve ever stayed in London. Some of the reviews note complaints but every single one has been addressed and rectified and we found nothing at fault.
