Definitely not value for money, way below expected standard.

Apartment, has great potential, location super but then it goes badly wrong as far as value for money.

− Interior tired furniture tatty and not overly comfortable. Good TV. First off, you're asked to remove shoes, but carpet has food stains everywhere and carpet needs stretching. Mat inside front door didn't inspire a feeling of wow this is going to be great. Kitchen facilities good but value for money should have decent crockery and cutlery. Dining table good size but badly marked. Dining chairs very hard base. BBQ area scruffy. Drapes and blinds all need replacing. Bed, was 50/50 on comfort. Shockingly ugly mat in main bedroom. Ensuite basin cracked and plug in sink stuck and doesn't drain properly, one in main bathroom missing altogether.

Beautifully appointed, very comfortable, had everything we needed. Loved the view of the lake, easy instructions to follow to get in and access everything we needed.

− No AC in 2 of 3 bedrooms. Was ok with fans but would be challenging in hotter months.

− A little confusing the different codes to access and lengthy front door code

Spacious accommodation. We'll equipped  kitchen.  Great view of the Lake and coffee shop across the road.

− Some TLC need in the bathrooms. SInk plug is missing in one  and the other does drain well..   shower drain has a  rotten smell about it. Table mats are full of fluff need to throw them away.
