8.0Tolles Personal und super Lage
prima verblijf voor wat we wilden doen op Rügen.
8.0Ontbijt was prima. Vriendelijkheid van het personeel De ruime kamer en badkamer.
− De bereikbaarheid van de locatie was even moeilijk. Het straatje was geen echte duidelijke doorgangsweg. Ook de parkeerplaats was best ver weg en via een hellende weg weer terug naar het hotel te lopen. Ook de straten waren voorzien van hobbelkeien, dus niet makkelijk lopen. Wat we ook niet verwacht hadden dat het in het dorpje zo omhoog en omlaag ging. Er waas vooraf nergens vermeld dat het hotel op zondag het restaurant dicht had. Bovendien waas er ook geen personeel bereikbaar.
Insgesamt war alles gut. Wir würden wieder bei Ihnen buchen.
8.0Gute Lage, freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer, gute Betten
− Kleine optische Auffälligkeiten: - zerrissene Gardinen im Flur der 3. Etage - kaputte Gardine im Bad - teilweise beschädigte Handtücher - allgemeine gefühlte Unordnung in den Fluren - Freizeitkleidung des Frühstückspersonals (wirkt nicht wertig) Dies sind nur freundliche Hinweise.
