2.0Chaotic reception; no one at reception until 3'oclock in the afternoon. My reservation was lost, I had to negotiate, and ended up staying in a room that was not a guest room. The owner is well-known by the local tourist office for messing up. Rumor has it that he is going to sell, even though he just bought the place a year ago.

4.0There was no-one at the hotel to let us in until 6pm (which is too late) and then the owner denied that we had a booking until I saw the Expedia screen confirming it.
