8.0Great property but restaurant was average. Dinner I had there was below average. Salmon was over cooked and served with partially reheated vegetables. Also, disappointing that cuisine was Italian vs Japanese.

8.0飯店距離強羅車站步行需要十分鐘，全是大斜坡，拉著行李超級累，附近五點多就一片黑，晚上很無聊 廁所沒暖氣，走到裡面就冷到不行

10.0Lovely hotel, the staff were great when we rang to say we would be a little bit late for check in. They waited till we had arrived. Our hotel room was very spacious and perfect for our one night stay.
