Zero customer service skills - Disappointing!
4.0The property has indeed a stunning ocean view and the weather was on our side the whole weekend. We really enjoyed the walk on the beach and the view!
− Zero customer service from the East Coast Getaways property management team. BBQ was hidden in the garage under the house, no ramp to wheel it out, this should have been prepared and ready to go for guests. There was no hot water in property from 2pm till next morning. The responses we had from whoever was texting the mobile number that was provided in case of emergency were rude and not resolve oriented. We've also received a text message the next day after vacating the property, asking what happened to a 'white blind in the bathroom' which was not in property in the first place. Be wary! Absolutely unprofessional group, with Zero customer service skills and hence the disappointment. The place does not provide bed sheets or towels (yes it was advertised) but hence the value for money is SAD! Look for something else, if you don't want to be left disappointed of your holiday.
