6.0The location is nice and the room was clean, and well decorated. Check-in was all done online and worked fine.
− The bathroom was very small and cramped, and the door did not close properly because there was a large gap along the side. Several fixtures also seemed poorly maintained: the wall-mounted toilet was loose, one of the floor tiles was unstable, and the kitchen faucet was also loose.

Außergewöhnlich saubere und hervorragend gelegene Unterkunft mit überwältigendem Blick auf Salzburg
10.0Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war hervorragend. Bereits vor unserer Anreise standen wir wegen einiger Fragen mehrfach mit ihr in Kontakt. Sämtliche Rückfragen wurden sehr schnell, freundlich und umfassend beantwortet. Wir hatten die Rockstar-Suite im obersten Geschoss, die außergewöhnlich sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet war. Auch in der Küche war alles vorhanden, was wir während unseres Aufenthalts benötigten. Da wir im Sommer dort waren, standen mehrere hochwertige Ventilatoren bereit. Zusätzlich erhielten wir hilfreiche Hinweise dazu, wie sich das Apartment möglichst kühl halten lässt, was auch trotz der sommerlichen Temperaturen (30 °C) funktionierte. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der überwältigende Blick auf die Festung Hohensalzburg direkt aus dem Apartment. Darüber hinaus gibt es eine gemeinschaftlich nutzbare Dachterrasse mit mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten. Von dort bietet sich ein fantastischer Panoramablick über Salzburg und auf die Festung. Auch die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Die Altstadt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Basteiweg sind innerhalb weniger Gehminuten erreichbar. Direkt in der Gasse befinden sich zudem mehrere Restaurants. Der Zugang zum obersten Geschoss ist tatsächlich recht steil und sollte bei eingeschränkter Mobilität berücksichtigt werden. Ich bin allerdings sehr groß, hatte einen ausgesprochen großen und schweren Koffer dabei und würde mich selbst nicht als besonders fit bezeichnen. Dennoch war es für mich problemlos möglich, das Apartment zu erreichen. Insgesamt eine außergewöhnlich schöne Unterkunft in hervorragender Lage, die wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können.
