− For the price point there are better hotels with better inclusive facilities (gym or pool, lounge or restaurant / bar) on reflection I would not expect to pay more than a basic hotel like traveled or premier in for this level of facility.
Having stayed here a few times over the years, the hotel is now starting to show its age.
4.0The choice of continental breakfast was exceptional, the staff very friendly and were on hand to clear the tables directly. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfy .
− we had a leaky shower and the television didn't work due to lack of signal. The wardrobe plastic seal on the doors was hanging off revealing nails sticking out. The carpet was stained with blotches of green, where it looks like it has been cleaned with bleach. Not all the sockets were working and there were no chargers next to the bed.
Great option if you need to be close to Telford International Centre.
8.0Super helpful staff - thank you! Spacious room, comfortable bed and proper writing desk!!! Free pakring at the hotel was important for me, as I stayed for three days with my daughter for her Gymnastics Nationals at Telford International Centre and they wanted £9.5 for each day for parking.
− A complimentary bottle of water in the room would have been nice.
