− Não gostamos da TV a cabo e a Internet que travava a todo momento nos 4 dias que ficamos no local não conseguimos assistir nada porque só travava, ou seja, bem ruim

3.0− O quarto não tem aquecimento. Não tem cobertor, somente edredom e a cama fica gelada. A água quente custa a sair na torneira e no chuveiro.

− - preço (caro para o que oferece). Quarto simples, café da manha simples; - café da manhã é fraco e vc PRECISA PAGAR a mais pelo ovo mexido e outras coisas. ABSURDO. - nao tem sabonete na pia. Somente sabonete liquido no chuveiro. - quartos de baixo ouvem tudo dos quartos superiores
Fomos felizes em um lugar muito agradável.
8.0O café da manhã muito bom a localização boa, mas o desapontamento foi sobre a cama em que meu filho dormiu, na verdade foi uma bicama muito desconfortável ele ficou com dores nas costas, então eu troquei de cama no último dia, acordei toda dolorida, o quarto precisa ter um espelho maior e cabides (fixos) pois não havia lugar para colocar casacos, esta configuração de quarto não ficou muito adequada pois a cama que meu filho dormiu ficou muito em cima da lareira. Vou deixar registrado e com agradecimentos ao atendimento da Gabriella e Maitê super atenciosas e educadas.
− A bicama muito desconfortável, não teria escolhido com essa opção se soubesse, wifi estava com o sinal muito fraco.
