8.0The hotel is in a great location, close to the lake and a short walk from the funicular. Very friendly staff who were really helpful and suggested a range of things to do and places to eat.
− No aircon, there was a fan but it was a bit noisy at night and the room was very hot.

6.0Posizione ottima, staff molto disponibile. Letto comodo così come i cuscini.
− Stanza molto spartana, purtroppo la stanza era priva di climatizzazione...vi era la presenza di un pinguino portatile con il tubo da appoggiare al davanzale della finestra...seppur nuovo era molto rumoroso e poco efficace. Peccato.
