4.0L'appartamento aveva ampi spazi.
− L'appartamento non era ben pulito, aspetto che ritengo già grave. Anche le tovagliette americane dove fare colazione erano sporche. Ho dovuto comprare una tovaglia in centro. I letti ero scomodissimi, appena ci si alzava dal letto o ci si rigirava c'era un forte cigolio che non consentiva di dormire (4 notti quasi in bianco). Non parliamo dei pavimenti che scricchiolavano, quindi se uno andava in bagno si svegliava anche per quello. Il divano era scomodissimo, ci si sprofondava, sporco e rovinato da animali (sembravano graffi di gatto). Dulcis in fundo, proviamo a fare la lavatrice e perde acqua....Vacanza terribile!!!!!!Inoltre non c'era nessuno a cui riferire tali situazioni perchè non facilmente reperibile il proprietario o chi lo gestisce.

8.0Sicuramente gli spazi e gli accessori in dotazione erano adatti alla nostra vacanza. La pulizia impeccabile e la comodità per raggiungere il centro un punto di forza.
− Il divano era abbastanza usurato e il quinto letto non pronto per l'uso.

8.0Casa pulita, Ottima posizione, servizi facili intorno, comoda al suo interno, ottima pizzeria a 30 metri e parco per i bimbi a 100 metri.
− L'unica critica costruttiva è forse nel fatto che la casa, essendo probabilmente molto utilizzata, andrebbe manutenuta un pò di più nei dettagli ma nient'altro !
