Instalaciones en pésimo estado.
4.0El personal fue muy atento y nos ayudaron en todo lo que pudieron. Desayuno correcto.
− Las instalaciones están en muy mal estado. No hay mantenimiento. Humedades en las paredes y techos ,Problemas con el agua caliente. Poco luz en las habitaciones y sin calefacción. Pedimos bajo pago un radiador que no era suficiente ni para calentar el baño. El último día de estancia, nos levantamos sin luz y como consecuencia, ya que iba con bomba, no había agua. Nos informaron que se debió a la falta de pago de la factura de la luz. Imperdonable.

9.0Sehr ruhig, schöner friedlicher Innenhof Frühstück ab 6am ist sehr praktisch und es war zudem sehr lecker.
− Das Licht auf dem Flur hat ganz Nacht gebrannt - das war störend

8.0En esta oportunidad estuve en planta baja Y al tenes cielo raso se calefaccionó mejor la habitación ( estufa paga)
− La puerta del baño no cerraba y el agua estuvo tibia pero la misma noche sé que en planta alta estaba bien caliente
Linda estadía pero faltó calefacción

− Pasé mucho frio a la noche en la habitación de arriba a pesar de pedir ( pago) un calefactor

8.0Que Es cerca a la plaza de armas , el personal fue formal, pero poco expresivo
− Sin embargo para las personas que no son del país y no están acostumbrados al clima deberían ser más atentos he informar o ofrecer bolsas de agua caliente o calentadores para las noches frías, en cuanto a la limpieza de los baños estaba bien, no olían mal, pero la cortina de baño y la cerámica de la ducha tenia partes negras que son hongos, de pronto ser más cuidadosos con eso.
Bien moyen même pour un petit budget.
5.0Le confort du lit
− Tout était un peu vieillot. L’accueil a été moyen, le petit déjeuner pas satisfaisant : pain sec, jus de fruit coupé à l’eau, ...aucune attention du personnel et environnement mal entretenu Les photos sont trompeuses. La salle de bain serait à refaire entièrement.
