La ubicación es buena con buena accesibilidad a varios metros y trenes super comunicado con toda la ciudad

− El depto es viejo le falta mantenimiento a las cosas y no está todo en las mejores condiciones, no está sucio ni nada parecido pero si tiene algunas cosas rotas, o muy usadas.. manchas, algunas cosas no funcionan o están incompletas No es un lugar si quieres un mínimo de comodidad
