10.0First of all, I love the way we communicated; it was very clear, and they always provided help when needed. Secondly, the service is soooo good, which made us feel cared for so so much. They are very patient and caring! Last but not least, the apartment is perfect; we had 3 adults, the rooms are very clear and good and cozy! The bathroom is perfect. Also, the kitchen is very convenient, and all these can meet all of our needs. best experience in Roma! We will choose The Blue Hostel again and again!
