7.0Rent, stille og funktionelt. Ren retro. Hyggelig have og udsigt dertil. Mange ruter at gå til centrum. Tager ca. 1/2 time både gennem skov og den gamle industrihavn. Offentlig transport lige foran døren til og fra centrum.
