2.0We booked a two-beds room stay for four nights based on the photos provided on the website. However, upon arrival, we were extremely disappointed. The room had no windows or access to natural light, making it poorly ventilated, uncomfortably warm, and constantly humid. The space was so cramped that it was nearly impossible to move around or even open a suitcase properly. The mattress was in terrible condition—so sunken and uneven that I experienced back and neck pain after just one night. To make matters worse, there was no air conditioning, which, combined with the lack of ventilation and natural light, made the room feel more like a damp basement than a livable space. Overall, the accommodation was far below expectations and offered very poor value for the price. I would not recommend staying here.
